Amitabh Bachan Biography

Born in October of 1942, Amitabh Bachan first appeared in the movie Saat Hindustani which did not do particularly well at the box office. Amitabh continued his efforts in the Bollywood movies industry and his popular arrival in Hindi films came with Zanjeer and Deewaar. While other heros were performing romantic roles, Amitabh introduced the character of the angry young man which has now become a cliche in Indian cinema. Since then, Amitabh has appeared in more than 70 movies and his popularity is not letting him retire from the film industry. Noone knows when this legendary actor is going to leave the world of films, but it will surely be with a spark.
